Who we are

Fleeto is a fleet management product operated by Fleeto Apps (fleetoapps.com). Contact: fleetoapp07@gmail.com.

Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, phone, organization membership, and role.
• Operational data: vehicle assignments, fueling logs, maintenance and occurrence reports, trip records, and route history.
• Location: when a driver submits certain reports or uses map/history features, the app may capture GPS coordinates with the device permission.
• Media: optional photos for profile avatar or incident/maintenance reports (camera or library permission).
• Device preferences: language and currency inferred from the phone for display and payment fields.

How we use data

We use this information to run licensed organization workspaces, support driver and admin workflows, generate reports, provide live assistance features (such as admin–driver calls), improve reliability, and communicate about the service. We do not sell personal data.

Sharing

Data stays within the customer’s organization workspace and our hosting/auth providers (for example Supabase) needed to operate Fleeto. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the service and users.

Retention & security

We retain operational records for as long as the organization license and business needs require. Access is restricted by role. Use a strong password and keep your organization admin controls up to date.

Your choices

Drivers and admins can update profile details in the app or web console. Organization admins control membership. To request deletion or export of personal data, contact fleetoapp07@gmail.com or your organization administrator.

Children

Fleeto is a business fleet tool and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your country).

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of Fleeto after an update means you accept the revised policy.
